JOE NIMBLE COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This prize draw is open to all Facebook and Soles by Michelin website users (soles.michelin.com) that are aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Michelin Group, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of this prize draw.
No purchase necessary. Only one entry per person is permitted.
All entries must be submitted on the Soles by Michelin website (soles.michelin.com) or the @SolesByMichelin Facebook page. Entrants are required to join the subscriber list by entering their email address or update their existing preferences to enter the prize draw.
Entries must not contain any material which is defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory in any way. Entries must not infringe the copyright or other rights of any third party, including rights to privacy.
Winning Prizes: There are two pairs of Joe Nimble running shoes (as pictured in the competition promotional material), one pair is available to each individual winning entrant.
The opening date for entries is on 17 July 2020 at the time the post goes live on the Soles by Michelin website (soles.michelin.com) and the @SolesByMichelin Facebook page. The closing date is 17:00 (GMT) on 17 Aug 2020. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
By submitting a prize draw entry, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
The Promoter will select the winners at random from the correct entries on 20 Aug 2020.
The winners will be notified by email (using the email address on which the winning entry was submitted) on 20 Aug 2020 and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 48 hours of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner.
The prize is subject to availability and is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
The images used in the promotional material are for illustrative purposes only. The Promoter does not claim any rights of ownership in competition entries. Entrants agree that the Promoter may make entries available on its website and any other media and in connection with any publicity of the competition. Entrants grant the Promoter a licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry, to use, display, publish and copy the competition entry for such purposes (together with any other actions the Promoter thinks appropriate).
This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to the Promoter, not Facebook. By participating in this Promotion you release and hold harmless Facebook from any and all liability associated with this Promotion.
Personal data supplied during the course of this prize draw may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize. For further details, please refer to the privacy notice set out below.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is directly caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.
The Promoter reserves the right to publish or make available on request information about a prize winner that indicates that a valid award took place (usually by way of surname and country of the prize winner only or their social media handle) and, if applicable, their winning entries. If you do not wish this information to be published or made available on request to the Promoter or wish to reduce the amount of information published or made available please contact the Promoter at firstname.lastname@example.org. This will not prevent the Promoter from providing the information and winning entry to the relevant supervisory authority if requested.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. The Promoter’s decision is final.
This prize draw is governed by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Your data will be processed based on your agreement to the promotion terms and conditions and will be retained for no longer than six months following the end date of the promotion (or receipt of your prize if you are a winner).
